These people are a bunch of real scammers we rented an apartment on vrbo and upon arrival to new york they told me there was something wrong with the apartment i booked and they would put me in a similar unit. I could net get a straight answer from anyone at the office about what happemned to the place me and my family booked. I spoke with a Michael eisenberg and he assured me everything would be taken care of and that they would make us happy. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment in an elevator building and we received a tiny 2 bedroom in a walk up building. To top it all off the place was filthy when we arrived and they told us it would be cleaned. It was never cleaned and we had to do our own laundry. I would not recommend this company or anyone to rent an apartment unless you want your trip to be ruined before it starts.
