I was shown an apartment in a different apartment building but unfortunately by my surprise land-lord rented my a different apartment. When it came to the pre-move-in-check I noticed all these dead bugs throughout the apartment. I questioned her on it and the land lord lied to my face stating the apartment has been vacant for a awhile. The land lord cleaned the apartment twice and swore up and down that the apartment was safe and healthy for anyone to move in. To find out the apartment is infested with cockroaches. The Land Lord lied right to my face. Can you help
