Last Thanksgivings my wife and I visited with our daughter in Chicago-We stayed at the Hyatt on E wacker—We prepaid with a credit card all expenses.
My wife had one beer from their refrigerator and we got charged $55.36. When I went to speak with customer service the clerk was pleasent, but said he could not help me, so he called his manager who was abrupt, and short.
The manager said they would have to do an investigation to find out why we got charged so much for 1-beer—She promised to call me back but of course
I guess I never really expected a call. The bottom line is we got charged for drinks and other items we honestly never used, Therefore I have to conclude someone from the Hotel stole the items and the hotel billed us.
We Will never use Hyatt hotels again and we believe our mouth to mouth advertising will cost them more than $55.36.
