They—ITN— booked us on two tickets —Delta had mechanical problems and if they had known that we had an international connecting flight. They —Delta—would have arranged to get the passage that we needed as it was they had no knowledge because ITN failed to book on one ticket. Further the "customer service" did not answer our call while we were at Delta Counter trying to find a solution... Did get an agent who after listening to our problem pput us through to voice mail... No help whatsoever... Delta exerted their best efforts to help us however... Do not book with ITN
