Started to order an expedited passport thru this company. But after entering all my information, including credit card... Page alerted me to fraudulant site activity. I called immediately to cancel transaction. Kept on hold for 11 minutes... Then dropped! Called back again... No answer. They left me a message the next day... Never could get through without being placed on hold and dropped. I told the first person I wanted a refund... They dropped the call. I cancelled the charge on my credit card and this place had the nerve to tell them they were keeping my 159.00!!! No service whatsoever... Because I didn't cancel in 24 hours. Nice trick! Take your money then don't answer your calls. I must have tried 6 times and was placed on hold... Then DROPPED!!! There are much better, CHEAPER services... Don't use this one!!!
