First off, let me say we are avid travelers and vacation at least three times or more or year. This place has PAY ONLY internet service that sucks worse than dial up when it does work at all, the people are extremely fake and rude that work and manage this place, and the pool area for "FAMILY'S" is not so family friendly nor are the people who attend this area.
Case in point: Technically you can't save chairs poolside. Ok. But we all know we have things that can't go in the water, like flip flops, shoes, sunglasses, towels, money, sunblock, whatever, So you put this stuff on a chair when you get there, because what else are you going to do with everything. There are no lockers and leaving everything in your room is not practical is it. So we do this and not even 5 minutes later we return from the water to sit down, and seven teenage girls and a mother of one of them I assume had dumped everything we had on the ground and moved the chairs. So, I said hey, why did you girls do this to our stuff and one of the says F&^*@ You, and shut up, to me in front of my family and seven year old. The mom just says, hey watch your mouth and keeps reading her book. WHAT!!! So I go tell a manager and she looks at me and says sorry you can't save chairs. That's it. What!!! Are you freaking kidding me!!! I paid 800 bucks to stay here for a week and that all you can do is quote a policy like a robot to me. So I guess theses kids and there mom also dumped some other peoples stuff too and they were complaining to the same manager with the same responses. Needless to say, we will NEVER EVER be going back here again.
