Rented a limo from these guys for my wifes birthday, just a simple ride to the Kennedy Center in Washington DC. We live in a suburb of DC. The driver arrived a few minutes early, which was fine. We left a few minutes late which was also fine. But. Here's the kicker, one of the nices stretch limos you'll ever see. Nice if you want to ride up and down the Potomac, round and round DC looking for the Kennnedy Center!!! Yes the Kennedy Center! The man couldn't find the Kennedy Center. We asked him... Do you know where you're going? His reply... I thought I did. No mapquest, no yahoo maps. No GPS?! This ride have taken 30 minutes if we had driven. How long did it take to get there you ask? 1 hour 25 minutes. Saw parts of DC I didn't know existed.
After we saw the show (the second half) we returned home and actually had to tell the guy where to turn to get us there. Good Grief. The only thing he says when we got home is... Sorry for the delay, I need to swipe your credit card! My wife calls the next day to complain and get some kind of redress or compensation. What does the owner, who refuses to give his last name tell her?"If you call here again I'll have you arressted" So I call and very impolitely requested that he threaten me instead of my wife and he hangs up on me. So long story long. Don't use 'em. You'll be sorry.
