My wife and I were going to pa and new for business and anniversary. I lost some work since I am work independently and I tried talking to their customer service just to change the flight to another day. They were happy to do so at a charge of 150$ a ticket. Problem as my tickets were 130 each. Worst part though. When I talked to the CS they did not even care and treated me as a problem even though i was calm and nice. Last time I ever use delta for anything and i hope they soon go out of business. Southwest for me from here on out
