Nonstop - Customer service

I flew recently on a Delta airlines flight and was very unimpressed by the customer service from the ticket agent to the actual staff on the flight.

I paid good money for this trip and I think that i should get better customer service for my money.

Their is so much competition out there for my business and I think Delta airlines needs to have better customer service if they want to compete.
