Delta Airlines
Changed flight and will not refund full amount of purchase

Delta Airlines changed my flight to a date & time which I am unable to board. Delta Airlines will not compensate me for this change, furthermore they refuse to even give me a full refund. They are only offering me a partial refund for a change which they made. What happened to the days when you were inconvenienced and received a free fare?
