I have never experienced anything like that!!! Made a hotel reservation. Then a couple of days later I needed to upgrade to a bigger room. Called customer service. Customer service reps can barely speak English, put you on hold and never get back to you. Had to call 5 times. Could not understand the word they were saying. I was so frustrated with them not even being able to understand what I needed, that I just decided to cancel and book somewhere else. They are charging me outrageous cancellation fees. WHen you are booking online, cancellation fees are nowhere to be found!!! I still cannot find where $120 came from! Will file a chargeback! Outrageous customer service! This business is a joke!
