On 11/3/05, I paid online for a room at The Park Lane, Hong Kong for 3 nights: 11/10/05 - 11/13/05. Complete Space Price: $599.45 (includes taxes and costs) and also the site is reservetravel.com. I obtained a verification on my cost instantly via email.
On 11/6/05, since I didn't hear back from ReserveTravel.com anymore, I e-mailed the Park Lane directly to ask confirmation regarding the booking and payment. On 11/7/05, they wrote back saying, "I have re-sent your reservation to the resort. We ought to get an in house verification number today. This is sent for you."
By 11/9/05, I still have to hear from their website. I e mailed again to get a verification on my scheduling. After I did not notice from their store for over 6 hours, I chose to guide in another resort via a nearby vacation company (who advised us The Park Street is completely-arranged anyway). termination type is not operating — atleast TWO entire times prior to the check in period. It wasn't my problem that you simply made a decision to dismiss it. And that I couldn't stop my reservation immediately in the resort because there is NO
reservation within the first-place."
I truly feel defrauded since (1) the organization, Coalition Reservations Community through ReserveTravel.com didn't supply the booking as guaranteed and it was a to possess to waited before last two
times to guide through another organization and wishing they'd respond; (2) after I terminated the scheduling, 2 times prior to the check in day, they refused getting it, but actually enough, responded my termination
having a verification number used to donot require anymore; (3) they've lied once they mentioned the "info" was delivered to me (since even when it was delivered (on 11/3/05) and Used to donot obtain it, there is no
reservation in the Park Street (11/6/05) likewise.
