Be ware! TripRes.com is the worst of the worst when it comes to reservation. Cancellatios without Notice

I have booked for a hotel room for multiple nights via TripRes.com from 7/21/10- 7/23/10 & from 7/23/10- 7/24/10 and from 7/25/10-7/30/10. On 7/20/10 at around 10:00pm I received a notice of cancellation via email for the night of 7/23/10. When I called to find out why, Jeremy (sales Rep) talked to his boss (Lanette) and came back to me to let me know that because I gave them a phone# that is a las Vegas # (which is deferent from my home address), they will NOT allow me to book thru them. I asked if it was they policy to discriminate against they customers, he replied "We reserve the right to not allow you to book thru TripRes.com, and if you don't like it go complain!". I When I went for check in for the nights of 21th & 22nd (that I did NOT receive any cancellation for) at the Riviera Hotel, the front desk told me that my reservation was cancelled. I contacted the customer service (Rena) at TripRes.com, she gave me the run-a-round without even trying to solve my problem. She was very rude and unprofessional. She refuse to tell me why they did not notify me with cancellation? Till now I still don't understand why they did not notify me with cancellation. I had to book the room my self at the hotel with a higher rate and I don't know if they will refund my money or not!

I'll never book any of my business thru TripRes.com again. They are the worst of the worst.
