Breaking contract, deceptive/false advertising

This resort has shut down operations for the last three years during the winter and is still charging members for a full-year membership with no pro-rated monies being given back to the members. They have falsely advertised their services, and have also broken contracts with people who bought property that were promised a life-time membership.
