I have been a member of Bally's Total fitness since 1994 up to March 30
I paid over 1500.00 for a life time membership and my yearly dues of 120.00 per year on top of that
Without any cause, notice or reason they sold my contract to LA FITNESS.
LA FITNESS is refusing to honor the contract,
Now if i need to work out ill need to pay again
Please be advised that Ballys did not close in Houston.
This company is a total rip off. I have been trying to contact both LA fitness and Bally's Since MARCH
They are fusing to honor the terms of the lifetime memberships, LA Fitness has refused to match the terms of the membership contracts signed by Ballys members without additional conditions, commitments or costs, and failed to accommodate Ballys members at their clubs.
They have false and fraudulent transactions, unjust enrichment, deceptive trade practices, negligence and gross negligence, breach of contract and fraud and constructive fraud.in addition to injunctive, declaratory and compensatory
Ballys is continuing to sell annual memberships and other long-term contracts without any warning of the imminent closing of their health clubs and misleading and defrauding their soon-to-be-displaced members.
