We bought a property last March 24. The proposal dayline document that we only from them says that we are going to pay our HOA 2014 the come June we received a statement charging us to pay the HOA this year. Aside from that the sales lady Kisha King told us that we will have two weeks every year usage of the property and when I called to confirm my reservation they said that we are only have a week every other year usage of the resort. This mean we pay $681 dollars everytime we use the resort on top of the almost $9000 of the property cost. We already paid half of the property cost and would like to cancel the contract. We were lied to. Now they are saying that they can't do anything. We just want our money back. We have not used the property ever.
