Yes i too am another mug that got ripped off with fulfillment international corp.
It all started in june of this year with a chap named joshua.
And yes it all started with "you have won a holiday... Blah, blah blah. Yes i ended up paying out just short of 600. When i worked out what this supposed holiday would cost me in the long run, it wasn't as cheap as they say. I could get a package holiday, of the same type fulfillment international have ripped me off with, cheaper from my local tour operator.
After several e-mails asking for a refund, they refused. Even though they refund others when they have a non-refundable policy. Here is a copy of their e-mails "We are in receipt of your most recent request to cancel. This will also be the third correspondence back to you stating that the travel products package that you had agreed to purchase is non-refundable, as was stipulated and understood by yourself during purchase.
Be advised that during your tape-recorded conversation with Joshua, you acknowledged not once, but twice, that you understood that you were purchasing a non-refundable travel products package. Any other reference is highly refutable. Will not be paying anything else to them if they ask!!!
