I ordered there Tax help package. It was no help. I could not get anyone to call me back from their company. I called and told them that I wanted to return their Tax package and received a Return Autharization number and sent the package back in March. It took them until June 3 to send it to the accounting department for the refund to be processed.
I have called everyone in the company. I have talked to several different supervisors. I have faxed letters to the supervisor over customer service, Weston Coolidge. I even sent an e-mail to the editor of their newsletter. I keep getting the same run around. They say my refund is in process and that they have forwarded my request to management.
This is August 27 and I still have not received my refund. I have been trying to get this refund for over six months now. I call them every week and all they say is that it is still in process but I still have not received it. The customer service people say that they cannot help me. I am fustrated and disgusted with the whole company.
