I agreed to try the program with assurance of cancellation ability before 14 days AFTER reciept of information. Called to cancel, they stated it was past the 14 days, BY ONE DAY. When I demanded to speak to a supervisor, they gave me an address to write a letter to. Did that, no response.
Went to my bank after they continued to deduct the monthly fee and filed a bank generated refund request, never went through. I recieved a letter from my bank stating the company never responded and there was nothing else they (the bank) could do.
I WANT MY $300 BACK. I will never use the service. After reading other blogs, it looks like even if I had tried it would have been a waste of time and more money.
