We reserved an area as of this resort for Sept 26-28. As a result of household issue we couldn't maintain the reservation and named to stop on Sept. 22. We were informed that there is a seven-day plan for cancellations which we were too late. We weren't educated throughout the reservation procedure for this plan or were we actually informed till we experimented with stop. Best Western corporate will not become involved whilst the qualities under their company umbrella are independantly owned and managed. They behave just being an intermediary to try to solve a criticism.
We're not asking the seven-day plan though it truly severe. 48-72hrs. Is what I've undergone at additional qualities. What we question is just how can they impose an insurance policy that's not been revealed.
