We ordered 2 areas for the household visit to Ohio. Whenever we came the resort was painting the hallways in most surfaces. We are able to actually smell the smell within the areas. It's Hotwire's obligation to support the resort when the resort was in poor situation. When they can't stop the reservation or return it, minimal that they'll do was to change us to some other resort. Hotwire didn't care.
