Briarwood Suites charged my credit card for a "no show", even though I canceled by reservation a month in advance.
They completely failed to respond to my complaints and inquiries about this.
I made my reservation on line, but since they provided no way to cancel on line, I called their office to cancel. They said they "couldn't send me an email confirmation" but that "everything was taken care of". Then, a month after the original reservation date, a full-day charge appeared on my credit card.
When I called to complain, they told me they did not have access to the relevant records, but would research the issue and get back to me, which they never did!
I contacted them by email through their website, and they never responded to that contact either.
As of today, they have $122 of my money that they owe me.
