I bought a ticket from ontario, Ca to kenya. When my leave was changed since im in the military i had to change my reservation to leave from fairbanks, Ak. I contacted last minute tickets and they gave the difference which i paid immediately. They refused all over that they were not accepting credit card. I paid all in cash.
The day of my flight i was shocked to find that the reservation they made for me was not ticketed. That was on a sunday when they were closed.
On Monday they told me they were scheduling another flight. I called and waiting. The only thing they gave me is excuse all time. At lost i decided to buy a new ticket after waiting for 4 days.
They told me they were going to refund my money. I gave then all my account details and upto now im back from my vacation and the money is not there.
The 1st payment i made on Tuesday May 27.2nd payment i mailed check by fedex on June 17.
I need help.
