Last Minute Tickets demanded we overnight payment to them for 4 tickets to Nairobi in June and they cashed our check immediately. When we tried to board our "confirmed" flights on Aug 11, we were told the tickets had never been paid for.
We were only able to get one call through to our agent, Nisha, who told us they hadn't paid for the tickets because of a scheduling problem with the return flight. Then she sent us to voicemail and we could never get through again. All our emails, faxes, and phone calls were blocked.
We missed our flights and never recieved a refund of our money. A lawyer discovered online that this company and several others are being investigated for scam operations in several states. He referred us to this site.
This company is still doing business online and I am sure are scammming people each time. Beware!
