I named Grand Circle Journey (GCT), to guide a visit, delayed Friday - Night (roughly 10pm Florida period) Aug. 15 by phone. The goal of arranging the journey by phone was to make sure that I really could combine the required journey having a complicated schedule that needed the particular day of April 16. The telemarketer was well-aware of the need.

The particular required journey was to Brussels & Belgium. The revenue owner realized I'd to co ordinate this scheduling with another individually prepared schedule. Actually, though I required a Brussels to Amsterdam schedule, I had been educated that Brussels to Amsterdam was complete but I really could travel the opposite path (Amsterdam to Brussels) on a single day of April 16. I decided and proceeded to guide the journey. Following conclusion of the scheduling, I proceeded to research non refundable flight concerns of the complicated schedule that will spot me in Amsterdam over time to begin the April 16 journey. I called again on Friday morning Aug. 18 when customer support was open to verify the termination. I had been educated in those days, that GCT didn't take email cancellations which there will be a $600.00 termination charge. At that time of the scheduling, I had been never educated from the telemarketer of the $300 per individual termination charge as he got my creditcardnumber to get a $191 deposit, understanding the complicated schedule problems.

I would like to document a proper complaint regarding Grand Circle Journey. I understand this plan violates CA regulation associated with 72-hour "customer's regret". I'd like them to possibly alter this plan or even to stop them from conducting business in California.
