Charged our credit card for someone elses ticket. Refuses to help get the it resolved Tampa Florida

My family was traveling back from Tampa to Indianapolis. My husband upgraded us to business class on Airtran. During the transaction my husband said the Airtran employee was having computer issues. He called another employee over to help him out. Two weeks later we received our credit card statement with someones elses ticket charge.

I promptly called Airtran. The loss prevention department refused to speak to me. They stated this was a credit card issue and there was nothing they could do about it. I've sent them an email regarding the issue and have not gotten any response. I've called customer service three times trying to speak to the loss prevention department but they won't take the call. The customer service rep at Airtran said I have to prove this is not my charge. How can I really prove that I did not purchase this ticket? The gentlemens name is on my credit card statement of who the ticket was purchased, but I've never heard of him in my life.

I feel that Airtran is responsible for this. When all the confusion was happening at the ticket counter, they charged this mans ticket to our credit card. They are so unwilling to help. Claiming this is not their issue. It is their issue. They made the error. I want the charge removed from my credit card.
