This was a well planned family vacation that definitely did not turn out that way! Major problem is disorganization, no one speaks english. Credit card like keys were used for the rooms which never worked, had to be rebooted two and three times a day. Bath room toliets not working, near the pools and never had any clean towels to replace the wet ones. Was represented has a brand new resort 4star all inclusive. Tiles broken and missing at the swim up bars. One bartender at each bar for way too many people. Tap beer only no light beer at all. Almost impossible to get a reservation at any of the restaraunts which they stated would be available. The place is all tile all the walkways in the open halls, very very slippery and dangerous. The bottom line I spent alot of money for a vacation where I spent most of the time being upset and complaing and getting no where because no one spoke english. This place is a rip-off.
