I made reservations using the 800 number on the fax. I spoke with Christopher Banks, Zach Thomas, Jacob Skyler and Dee. Each of these people was suppose to be a supervisor over the previous person.
I sent my credit card info to confirm my reservation for 5 people at a 4 or 5 star luxury resort in my choice of Cancun or Mayan Riviera. I was told I could not actually choose the resort unless it was 6 months or less from travel date. I faxed the E-ticket confirmation to 877-708-1730.
When the 6 month time came, I tried on several occasions to get ahold of someone. An actual person did answer once but I was told the resort I chose and Sandoshotels no longer had a contract and I had to choose another resort. I was told I could extend my opportunity by another 6 months which I took advantage of.
I cannot reach anyone anymore to book my vacation. I paid $845 for a vacation my family will not get to go on. The customer service dept. 407-472-3322 does not seem to exist anymore.
