I was informed that getting a "sampler" with bluegreen will give me an opportunity to try out this "family" time vacation. I have been separtated with my husband who is a plastic surgeon and wanted to take my children to a couple of nice family times with myself. I cannot compete with my ex on where to bring them... I just want to have together time. My 1st vacation was to Gordonsville, VA I stayed in a run down cabin (they claimed it was an upgrade) It was gross, scary and some horses had bloody eyes and legs. One horse was missing an eye. I felt so bad for the animals and spent time doing homework... Their is not a thing to do there! Now I would like to go on my last vacation to Williamsburg... I'll just take the kids to busch gardens and have a free place to stay. How can they mess this up??!! No I can only go in May, but there is no room for us in May. I have now paid $800 and 1 bad vacation and one I am unable to take. Bluegreen is calling now 3 times everyday "inviting" me to Williamsburg to buy a real membership. Absolutely not. Do not buy a bluegreen vacation. It is better to save your money and go somewhere that you really want to go. There are so many restrictions that I won't be able to bring my kids anywhere this year... Oh well, their father will take them somewhere fun I'm sure. I hope this will help someone... Bluegreen resort is a ripoff.
