I have purchased a round-trip ticket to Beirut, Lebanon from Travel 4 Less in June.
The flight was scheduled for July, but was however, canceled due to the outbreak of war in Lebanon.
All airlines have provided full refunds. Travel 4 Less, however, is yet to send me my refund check in the amount of $1,596.00 (It is June now).
Initially, they kept on saying: "we sent the check to the wrong address" when I had e-mailed them my correct address several times, and even had them repeat it to me!
Every time I called, they promised to mail the check but never did. They have stopped answering my calls. One time they even hung up on me after putting me on hold for a whole hour. I have stopped calling them.
I smell somthing fishy, not only because of the rip-off but also because of I'm afraid of money being channeled to terrorist organizations in Lebanon such as Hizbullah or Amal. The individuals who own and operate travel 4 less are Lebanese Shiites and go by the American names of Sean and Mike but I later found out that their true names were Muhammad Ali Abdi and Hassan Ali Abdi.
Too bad that we allow for such filth to operate such a scam on our soil, rip us of our money and then potentially contribute or even fund the very same organizations that have sworn to destroy us!!!
