I found the company Abdi Shop advertising merchandise on Alibaba.com. Alibaba is an online sourcing provider. I searched for Canon Rebel XT Digital Camera and Abdi Shop was one of the listed sellers. I made contact through the Alibab contact procedures. A company rep then contacted me with details about the merchandise.
We agreed on quantity, price, delivery method. The company then provided a Bank Account to have the money wired to. My bank has 100% positive proof the money was credited to the account provided. Upon me sending email to the contact that the transfer had taken place, I received email stating the money did not show in the account.
I've contacted my bank and they guarantee the money was sent and credited! I've tried several times to resolve this with the company. They are insistant that they did not get my money. I've concluded that they are a scam and have contacted all the similar sites that they advertise with. All have suspended the account until this is resolved.
