Company promised to pick up for trip at 9:45pm, didn't show up until 1:30am next day,
The company promised a trip to New York for four for 240.00,60.00 a seat. Said would pick up at designated area at 9:45pm, DIdn't show up until 1:30am the next morning. The Maple Heights Police were called out, they were rude and cursing, told police officer would refund our money, following Tuesday morning. When contacted them they flatly refused to return anything.
