Dear Sirs:
For the second time since I and my wife signed with you on April 14, you have failed to get us a vacation, although I gave you twice the advance notice you required.

After sending in my request in March for a vacation at the end of July (120 days in advance you only required 60 days advance notice), I waited two full months and still no one contacted me. I find it hard to believe that with 120 days advance notice you could not accommodate my request.

I finally called you in early May and was quickly informed that there was nothing available for me. This is after giving you twice the required advance notice. Your representative said they would let me know as soon as something came in.

Again I waited another month and again no one from your organization had the courtesy to call to give me an update on my status. I called back again in late May and was told that something just came in that very day for the end of June. Three weeks from today.

I could not accept that because I have to give my employer more notice than that when I go on vacation. That is why I sent you my request in March! And now it's too late for me to get even the end of July dates because those days have already been taken by other employees. Thank you very much for nothing!

Also, we were promised one free week's vacation and one 4-day vacation for free, for the next four years, if we were to sign with you on the same day we went to the orientation. It's been over a year that we have been in the network and you haven't been able to get me even one vacation.

So, what happens to my free vacation weeks? Do I lose them? It's not my fault you haven't been able to deliver on your promises, I've done everything required.

Why have I paid you thousands of dollars? For what? You have been unable, or unwilling, to provide the services you promised at your orientation. You promised that if I gave you sufficient time, you would get me wonderful, 5-star resorts to vacation in.

I can get much better service at any travel agency without paying an extra dime. It seems that now that you have taken my money you are ignoring me. Is this a scam you're perpetrating?

If I cannot get the services and extras you promised me at the orientation, I will pursue all legal options available to me.
