Refusal to issue refund in accordance with Florida Statute 559.933 ripoff

I attended a sales presentation by United Vacation Network on 3/24 in Sarasota, FL. My friend and I signed a contract on this date.

On 3/25 I E-mailed United Vacation Network with my intention to cancel. I also notified United Vacation Network on 3/26 by certified mail of my intention to cancel.

On 4/06 a girl named Christy informed me that United Vacation Network would not refund my money as required by Florida Statute.

United Vacation Network did not advise the participants at the sales presentation of their right to cancel which is required by Florida law.
