Benjamin Pena Rip Off Refusing To Honor His Own Refund Policies

On his own contract forms that I signed, it says full refunds given before May with no questions asked.
We signed up for his Hawaii cruise in 2009. Well due to a contractual mess up between Ben and the cruise line. The prices for this cruise went up drastically.

We could no longer afford the cruise and asked Ben for a full refund of a 100 dollars. He then said we would all get them as stated and that all we had to do was send emails with our invoice numbers. I then sent an email and asked for a refund. Then the runaround starts.

They first asked me for a copy of my invoices proving I paid to deaf cruise. I sent them a copy via email, which Ben assured me would be fine to do.

Still no refund.

I then sent Ben an email demanding my refund. He asked for a copy of my money orders then. I refused to send this as the invoices should be enough proof.

I demanded my money back within a week's time and told him if I did not get it then I would be filing a BBB report and a rip off report and a lawsuit. It has been well over a week.

I am demanding my full refund of a 100 dollars to resolve this issue.

I urge others to be very cautious on dealing with Ben and Deafcruise.
