Beware of this company. I attempted to book a bargain flight with them. When the reservation request was unable to be completed... For the original price... I called the company to verify that my card was not being charged. I was assured (by someone with a thick Indian accent... Who could barely speak and/or understand English) that I would not be charged since the reservation was not completed. That much was apparently true, however I was charged for travel insurance... That I did not request... By Travel Group. It has been a nightmare trying to have this unauthorized charge reserved. At this point, I am waiting 7-10 days for a credit. We'll see what happens. Despite the fact that my email from UltimateFares clearly indicates that I did not purchase the insurance, they were unable to provide an explanation as to why I was charged. After a little online research, I quickly learned that I am not alone and that this company is no "bargain".
