There are rip offs out there. When I signed my contract with Wyndym the sales consultant informed me that where ever I go to vacation don't take any of the sales there or switch my timeshare at all. He informed me of scams and customers not being happy with what they signed and agreed to. I was at WI Dells with my great friend who owns a time share there and was introduced to this timeshare. I have had great results from this timeshare. I do have to agree that RCI sucks bad but other wise then that Wyndym is really great. My sales rep did a great job of informing me of everything that I needed to know. I have a 5 year contract with them paying about $250.00 every month and then after that just having to pay the whatever fee I can't recall right now it is 3 in the morning but the fee is only $50 every year to maintain the ownership. It is really great I would suggest if anyone in the midwest is thinking about timeshares look into Wyndym in WI Dells and speak to their reps. I didn't have to take the long 3-4 hour informational whatever. I got to sit down with a rep for about an hour and didn't pay for anything except putting my down payment down. I do really sympathize with everyone on this site who has had a bad experience with them. I just think that they too got into something that they didn't understand. But something must be going on because like I stated earlier my sales rep informed me of not switching, changing or signing any other contracts with anyone else and that if I evered wanted to up grade to contact their office. Which is my home resort in the dells of WI.
