Recently I booked an airline ticket with priceline.com because of a internet server interuption. My computer lost internet service before any confirmation was made, and unknowingly I booked another ticket. So I had 2 tickets booked for myself for the same day departure. When contacting Priceline, there were no exceptions, I told them that obviously I could not be on 2 planes at the same time. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said No. I argued no further, contacted my credit card company and they removed the charge. Now priceline has lost their booking fees, lost me as a customer and I can not recommend priceline.com to anyone. Their lack of customer support will eventually be the downfall of their company. They certainly lost money on this circumstance, as not only have they lost me as a consumer but anyone I know, I will share this with. GEE It's kind of a NO BRAINER, to keeping your customers Happy!
