My name is Joe and live in san jose california. As we all know that LBC is a huge company all over U. S and around the world. I recently use their services to sent boxes in the Philippines. These boxes are sent via ocean frieght. I remember of their marketing tactics is that filling the boxes for one flat fee... Of course, it depence what size is the boxs. I usually use 20x22 and I never had a problem of putting food, clothes and ect. Recently, I called them for pick up for dilivery. Then courier, came into my house and wrote a note that he cant take them becuasue they are too heavy. He was 3 hours late by the way. I was so surprised what the courier had wrote to me. I called them back and they insists that I should take of the stuff in the boxes. No problem, I took some off so is not too heavy. Then, he came back and told me he cant take it becuase they are heavy still. Now, Im starting to think that LBC is not doing exactly what they market themselves. They even told me that I can use the same box from diffrent carier as long as its the same and that would be no problem. On top of that, they told me that they should be at my house between 10-2PM and beleive me its a Filipino time if you know what I mean. He was late twice which I was really upset because I had to go to work. Now, I have the boxes seating by my door and LBC would not pick it up because its too heavy.
Im very upset because people are waiting for my boxes to get to Philippines and now I have to find a diffrent company that would take my boxes. Although, LBC is a huge company, but let me tell you is that this comp. Are misrepresenting themselves and they will loose a lot of business if they comtinue this wrong act. I will call the business consumer buriew to report this incedent. This should not be happen. Im a paying customer and loyal.
Please be aware when you use LBC.
