You ask for information; they insist on holding your credit card until reservation is made. They do not provide the HIDDEN FEES/send you information. Immediately, your credit card is debited, they do not refund. Should you call later for any reason they block your calls, put you on HOLD for over 30 minutes. You are paying huge sums of money for a FREE ADVERTISED vacation. Tell them you will call the authorities and hang up the phone!
