Stay away, they offer $1600 vacation for $495, then rip you off. Just stay away from them. Summer Bay Resorts should have better business sense. Management and customers service at Preferrred Guest Services sucks. They call themselves the Disney Plannng Center which is probably illegal. They will get their reward all right. Bankruptcy and job losses.
