This company gives false information, baits and switches hotel properties, doesn't give any contact information worth anything. Also personnel were rude, hung up on me and actually lied about the vacation package I thought I was buying.
Not only until after the money was paid, they then told me about the 90 minute mandatory "presentation". Threatened with rack rate charges if presentation unattended.
Attempts to switch to a lower grade hotel saying "we aren't doing business with the solmar anymore" even though they were when i signed up.
Total scam...$2100.00. Lesson learned... PRICELESS.
I am going to submit a fraud complaint to my credit card company, file with FL Dept of agriculture (they cover travel sales in FL) and the FL BBB.
.. If it sounds to good to be true... It usually is...
