9/27/07 followed their cancellation guidelines - they told me it will take two billing cycles before the credit will show up total $158.95. After the two billing
cycles went by still NO credit. I called every week in December getting all kinds of excuses. I asked for a Supervisor and started feeling I was getting somewhere after talking with Tonya. Well that did not work
I was promised it will be released today and you will see the credit on Friday... That went on and on and on... I called everyday asking who was Tonya's Boss, there is none, so I was stuck with lies. I went to a web site to see who actually owns Cheaptrips
and who I could contact. After finding out I called Tonya back and told her, I placed a call to a share holder. To tell them what is going on to many of people like myself. I received all my credit due on my charge
card as of 1/4/08.
We need to warn others not to deal with this company. Unless they are looking for aggravation, frustration and being lied too.
