Yesterday I received my bill showing that the company is still billing the charges even though I called on 7/29 and talked to Tonya the manager and after a long conversation they finally gave me a cancellation number 9142945 in which I was suppossed to receive confirmation by mail that this was cancelled. The only thing I had to pay was a $3.95 cancellation fee. I have not received anything to date and I am still getting billed on my credit card. When I call the company again the phone doesnt even ring and when I called another number that they said you can reach them it keeps saying try again later but that's all. I would like this looked into please.
