Turned my dream vacation into a nightmare

On 9/08/07 I booked a trip to Scotland for late October. Through Travelocity I made flight and hotel reservations, prepaid for off airport parking at the Newark Airport and an international phone card so i could call family to let them know I arrived safely. Travelocity charged my credit card on 9/08 for all these products and services.
There was no problem with the plane tickets, but the hotel, airport parking and phone card were all problems.
When I checked into the hotel the desk manager told me they had received not prepayment from Travelocity. I provided the email confirmation sent to me by Travelocity as proof of my prepayment. The hotel desk manager took my information and indicated they would contact Travelocity.
When I tried to use the international phone card the international operator told me my prepaid phone card was invalid for the UK. Phone calls had to be made by cellphone.
At checkout the disk manager indicated they still had no confirmation from Travelocity and asked once again for my confirming email from Travelocity. He indicated my credit card would be charged if the matter could not be resolved with Travelocity.
I arrived at Newark Airport and the folks from Avistar Parking were prompt in picking me up at the gate and taking me back to ther facility so I could get my car. When I presented the prepayment vouchure that I received in my email from Travelocity, I was told that the vouchure was incorrect and I would have to pay to get my car.
Two days after I arrived back home, I checked my credit card transactions to discover that the hotel in Glasgow, Scotland had indeed charged my credit card.
I immediately called Travelocity and for my phone I was rewarded with frustration, confusion and misdirection. While I waited on hold the Travelocity Consumer Relations Representative called the hotel in Glasgow to confirm that my credit card had been billed by them for my stay. I got no explanation about what Travelocity dit with the money they charged to my credit card to prepay the hotel.instead I was told I had to send proof that my credit card had been charged (evidently the Travelocity people doubt the varacity of the hotels they deal with).
The parking issue was pretty much ignored by Travelocity. First I was told they did not include HOTEL parking with the hotel prepayment (which they failed to mention they did not prepay). This is the response I have received fro the five different representatives with whom I have spoke at Travelocity. Each time I explain (with increasing frustration) that the parking is for airport not hotel.
And of course ther is no acknowledgement that the phone card was bogus.
I've been home for five weeks and still have yet to receive any positive response from Travelocity. I've faxed copies verifying my double payment twice and still they ask for more proof.
