Ramada Plaza Resorts
Will not give a refund on a discount vacation transaction done on phone within 3 days

Ramada plaza resorts refuses to give me a refund on a vacation i purchased a day ago. They were extremly rude to me on the phone and refused to give me a refund. Is there anything i can do? They never mentioned in any of the sales pitch that this was non-refundable.
