I found out about this company through my in laws, and talk to the actual company about this trip. I sent them a check for 353.00 two weeks before the trip was scheduled. They then presented us with an offer to upgrade for an additional 250.00. I sent that to them, and a day before the trip, we recieved information that we could not go do to the storms that were schedule to hit the Bahamas. I asked them for a refund, because my husband is in the military and we couldn't reschedule. They said that they would send my money back within 30 days, and It has been almost 90 days and I have not heard from them, nor can we get in touch with them. I do not know who to talk to concerning this, because we need our money back. I have a copy of the payment from my bank. Please help
