This is the wroest tour group and the manager or the precident of the compant do not know how to talk to the people very very rude over the phone and harsh words through letters to in future even if the compant teels my that they will give my free trip and... I will not good with them will spend with some other group not with them specily not with there precident or gm very bad atuided toward the coustumer and harsh policy
