This hotel has a lot of black mold due to water damage created from the hotels roof. The third floor is an interior unit and you can smell the mold as soon as you walk in the door the rooms that have major damage share a ventilation with rented rooms also most of the rooms fire detectors don't work and there sprinkler system does not work also, tthre are rooms you have squatters in so I believe this could be a bad situation waiting to happen. On the front side of the building starting from room # 350 down to 250,150 has severe structer damage, and Hotel is running a Extenda stay property with out the proper license to do so, guest are cooking in the rooms with No fire system in play currently the emergency fire extaguchers don't work or don't know if they work they haven't been inspected and they are Not located in the guest rooms, also front desk fire panel does not work so they would not even know if there was a fire on this property until it was to late. Quest phones in the rooms don't always work. Also this hotel has several rooms with bed bugs and rats/mice that have not been exterminated properly. They have dirty stained and molded mattresses and furniture stored in rooms and some dirty and stained mattress, furniture in guest rooms, A/C / PTACT units are extremely dirty, carpet curtains and sheer are nasty too. This place needs help and the owners don't care about to much except some curb appeal to get you in the hotel to stay and will not refund your money if you don't want to stay and you could be paying for a month, week or day, they have also operated there swimming pool without and permit and safety rules for the guest with an emergency phone. Employees are currently known of going in guest rooms and stealing things in which the hotel is not responsble for.
