What Can They Do to Me? Ripoff

I read some of the reports that people wrote. I also received a Vacation voucher for $1,600.00. What I don't understand is how people would pay $698.00 for what? The $1,600.00 voucher they send you is more than enough money for 3 nights in Florida and a cruise, one day in Nassau. A tour is their business, they cannot charge for that. 7 days of renting a car, you can get yourself on Hotwire.com for $14.00/day. And you don't have to take the trips to Nevada and Mexico. So really, to me the only monies you'd be laying out is for your airfare and food in Florida/Nassau.

Maybe I'm wrong, but that's the way I read it.
